My cooking…

Either I’m a liar or this is not a very accurate test. I’m not a “bad” cook, but I don’t think “excellent” is the word my family uses. I love to cook. I battle with my nature to follow the directions. I love watching cooking shows; in fact, I record Martha everyday and watch it between 4 and 5pm as I prepare dinner and fiddle around in the kitchen. My second favorite cooking resource is, Cooking for Engineers. And one of these days, I’m going to take a cooking class at Byerly’s.
