Did Bill Clinton visit my blog? Hey…it could happen. Click on the screen shot for an up-close view. The referring url was from technorati; someone had done a search for his blog (I haven’t yet established that it is his blog, as claimed by Radioblogger, but haven’t ruled it out yet either.) 
My opinion: There’s no way that “Bill Clinton’s blog” is really Bill Clinton’s blog. Read the first posts from last June for proof, IMHO.
However, it’s certainly possible he visited your blog! At least, somebody in the Netherlands did.
